We’ve set up our next Tasting Ottawa event for August! Join us at the Main Street Cellar in Manotick on Tuesday August 20, 2013 at 6:30 pm to enjoy a delicious dinner, complete with complimentary appetizers.


The Main Street Cellar prides itself on its seasonal menu which they keep as locally sourced as possible. With the warm and inviting atmosphere it has become not only a Manotick favourite but also an Ottawa favourite. It was rated by Trip Advisor as #13 of 1,166 Ottawa restaurants! The restaurant’s Executive Chef is Amos Jarbeau and their Chef is Ian Sunstrum; both have travelled extensively and have a passion for their profession. They have created a diverse menu incorporating their travel experience with local product – there is something to suit every palate from crab cakes and beef tartare to a delicious rack of lamb or unique vegetarian chickpea pancake. Can’t get a babysitter? There are a few that couldn’t but they found a solution. One parent comes with a friend and the other stays home (and comes to the next event).
